Articles that discuss disease onset with an emphasis on symptomatology, distribution and progression utilizing complementary and alternative medicinal products as defense strategies in achieving disease tolerance and resistance shall ignite the curiosity of the scientific community and a broad spectrum of readers.

As the United States and countries across the globe recover from the scourge and ravages of COVID-19, scientists, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders proffer mitigative models that aspire to contain and constrain the pandemic.
In the mad race to the coveted price of an antibody and/or vaccine, drugs such as remdesivir, hydrochloroquine etc., have achieved instant but singular notoriety. As the pharmaceutical industry undertakes clinical trials and makes pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic determinations on certain drugs of particular interest, it once again presents an opportunity for discussions on the place of complementary and alternative medicinal products in the treatment of acute and chronic disorders.
