Mr. Oscar Ebong, formerly of Uyo CIty Polytechnic, has been appointed to the position of Registrar, EL-THOMP College of Technology, Nigeria.

Mr. Ebong brings with him many years of experience and expertise. The management, staff and students of EL-THOMP are excited to have him onboard.
